Doug Hall

As a former college athlete and Kinesiology major, Doug Hall has always had a passion for fitness and for helping others. His extensive career includes almost 20 years of training and educating clients in various fitness facilities in Michigan, Idaho and around the country. He teamed up with celebrity trainer of the stars, “Eric the Trainer” in 2012. This venture has included training many of Hollywood’s brightest movie stars and celebrities, UFC fighters, professional athletes and entertainers in Burbank, California and on location. Most recently, Doug has been focusing on training and developing protocol for Special Forces personnel.

Doug has always upheld his commitment to be the best he can be in the industry by keeping abreast of current education, techniques, equipment, supplementation and nutrition.

He holds several fitness certifications including: ACE, IFPA, IKFF, ISSA, NASM, NSCA, TRX, and USAW. Doug also sits on the Men’s Health Fitness Council.

His wide array of experience includes training high school, college, and professional athletes, Special Forces, celebrities and entertainers, pre-teens and teens, expecting mothers, and men and women of all ages.

With his mixture of conventional and non-conventional training methods, he has helped transform the weak into the mighty, has assisted countless athletes in their quest to become elite and he personally strives to be the support for his clients to meet their individual goals.

Doug is passionate about sharing what he has learned during his career with others. He teaches and instructs others in his field as well as anyone with an interest in fitness and health.
